Fondly referred to as Mr. Chocolate, Jacques Torres is the authority on all things related to this confectionery delight. Jacques prides himself on specializing in fresh, handcrafted chocolates using premium ingredients free of preservatives and artificial flavors.   From sourcing the perfect cacao beans to techniques steeped in tradition, Jacques combines genuine passion with handcrafted mastery to produce purely delicious, real chocolate.  His motto is “Real is my promise to you.”

My objective was to encourage online sales of Chocolate while promoting Jacques Torres as a celebrity chef on social media.

Organic Social Media

Organic social media is a key strategy that's needed for Jacques in promoting his chocolate and overall celebrity personality. 

Each month myself & a Marketing Assistant would go over the creative assets we have and need to build a full month's worth of content and promotions that we'd need to implement. 

 

QA Emails

The importance of QA is to ensure that all email templates appear accurately , due to email clients reading CSS in a different format.

It’s also essential to use a particular testing platform, and work with marketing agencies which have extensive resources to fix any breakages. 

QA-ing all emails was an a critical part of my contribution to Jacques Torres Chocolate's Marketing Campaign. Emails were a key part of each holiday release and important in showing the high profile events Jacques was a part of.

Netflix's Nailed It!

Nailed It! is a new type of baking show that is not only refreshing good, but hilarious. The home bakers’ failed endeavors at baking and decorating are guaranteed to bring a smile to your face.

Chef Jacques is the head judge on the show and invites guest judges on the show to come and support these home bakers. 

Nailed It! has been renewed for a second season and we're looking forward to adding that to Jacques organic social strategy.
